Ingredients
- 1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal
- light 1/2 cup of water
- 1 whole garlic clove
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice from half a lemon ~2 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 10 cranks black pepper
- 1 tsp avocado oil
Instructions
Blend 2-4 minutes on high speed until thick.
Try and adjust if needed.
Refrigerate.
