  • 1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal
  • light 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Juice from half a lemon ~2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 10 cranks black pepper
  • 1 tsp avocado oil

Instructions

Blend 2-4 minutes on high speed until thick.
Try and adjust if needed.
Refrigerate.
