Ingredients
2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers
1 tsp freeze dried garlic
1 tsp freeze dried basil
1 tsp freeze dried oregano
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
2 cranks of black pepper
Directions
Roasted Bell Peppers
Core Bell Peppers and cut in half. Roast at 400 degrees for 20-40 minutes until toasty and soft. Let sit in a bowl with the lid on to steam for 10 minutes so skins are easy to remove. Remove skins from peppers and let cool before freezing.
Pizza Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Should be thick but spreadable.
