Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 cups of frozen mango
- Cilantro
- ~1 tsp Salt
- 1/2-1 small bell pepper
- 1 lime
Preparation
Brown the garlic and chunks of bell pepper in the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the frozen mango to the pan once the bell pepper and garlic have taken on some color.
Cook together until mango is softened. Add the mango mixture from the pan to a blender along with the juice of 1 lime, salt, and a handful of cilantro.
Blend until smooth, refrigerate and serve cold.

- Olive oil 2-3 Tbsp
- 3 Yellow Bell Peppers (2 parts)
- 5-10 cloves of garlic, to taste, roasted
- Cilantro
- 2 champagne mangoes (1 part)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Preparation
- Roast garlic cloves and large chunks of bell peppers in olive oil until lightly browned
- Blend or use a food process to blend all ingredients together until smooth
