Ingredients
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper depending on heat tolerance
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 packet of true lemon powder (optional)
Uses
Use on salmon, chicken, pork chops, steak, or ground beef. Rub onto meat and cook in butter or oil until a crust forms.
Mix with roasted bell peppers and mango for a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.
