Ingredients
8 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
12 cranks black pepper
Breakfast sausage
Bell pepper
Onion
Mushrooms
Arugula
Other fillings to taste
Instructions
Grease pan with butter and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop veggie fillings into similar sized pieces so they will cook evenly. Saute in butter over medium heat for ~6 minutes or until veggies are nearly done. Add sausage and stir well to combine.
Dump filling mixture into the bottom of the pan and spread in an even layer. Whip the eggs with the water and seasoning until eggs are frothy. Pour the eggs evenly over the filling and make sure the frittata is evenly distributed in the pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are well set.
