INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups (336g) ground golden flaxseed meal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup water
- Garlic powder, onion powder, or additional herbs as wanted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 (quarter sheet) pan with butter or line with parchment.
Combine the ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and water and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven. Note: bottom rack seems to make a difference and 30-35 minutes should be enough. The dough/batter in the pan should be about 3/4″ thick.
Let cool completely to set and then cut into squares/rectangles.
