INGREDIENTS
- 90g (1/2 cup) potato starch
- 65g (1⁄2 cup) tapioca flour
1 teaspoon coconut sugar- 5g (2 teaspoon) golden flaxseed meal
- 3g (3⁄4 teaspoon) salt
- 30g (1⁄4 cup) quinoa flour
- 4g (1 teaspoon) baking powder
- 1⁄2teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup sparkling water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- additional potato starch for shaping
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Grease 12 inch pizza pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor except egg, sparkling water, olive oil, and additional flour.
- Blend until resembles fine crumbs. Put contents into a mixing bowl.
- Add egg and water and form a ball.
- Place dough on prepared pan and sprinkle with additional flour.
- Pat down to 1/4 inch thickness evenly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Add toppings & bake for another 10-15 minutes.
