Ingredients
1lb ground beef, 85%/15% fat
1 bundle of green onion
1 shallot
1/2 lemon of juice (around 1 tbsp) + some zest
4-6 tbsp of roasted bell peppers
1 bell pepper (red, orange, or yellow)
4 tbsp fresh or freeze dried parsley
1 tsp turmeric
handful of fresh cilantro or 2 tsp freeze dried
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
couple cranks of black pepper
1/2 tbsp freeze dried mint
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp freeze dried dill
1 tsp oregano

Topping: shredded iceberg lettuce with some lemon juice, freeze dried dill, and freeze dried parsley.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor except for the meat. Blend until it is a paste.
Put the meat in a bowl and add the paste. Mix well until combined thoroughly and evenly.
Top the crust of choice with a thin, even layer of the meat paste. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 6-8 minutes until meat looks done. Slice into squares for the focaccia or roll up for the crepes.
