Hassleback Potato Fries (Snack Potatoes)


Cut potatoes into thick rounds

Slice partway into them leaving a connective bit at the bottom. Use chopsticks or skewers to keep the slices from going too deep.

Toss with olive oil and butter, place scored side up in baking dishes and sprinkle with kosher salt.

Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
