Ingredients
- Butter
- Chicken
- Potato chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil. Set a baking rack or trivets in the foil.
Melt the butter. Use a food processor to chop up the potato chips into small flakes.
Slice the chicken breasts in half to make two thinner halves. Dredge in butter, then roll in potato chip crumbs. Press the crumbs into the chicken to try and get them to stick.
Place the coated chicken on the rack. Leave some space between the chicken pieces. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
