Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs ground beef, 93%
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 4-6 organic carrots
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- splash of olive oil
Preparation
Use a food processor to chop the carrots, bell peppers, ginger, and garlic.
Sauté the vegetables together with a bit of olive oil until softened. Add the beef to the pan and season. Incorporate veggies into the meat mix and brown until the beef is cooked through.
Makes a good filling for arepas, tacos, or salad
